1. Possess independent legal person qualification and be able to bear civil liabilities independently.

2. Have a good business reputation and a sound financial and accounting system.

3. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law.

4. Not be included in the list of untrustworthy persons subject to enforcement or parties involved in major tax violation cases on the "Credit China" website, etc.

5. Possess qualification certificates for construction enterprises (labor qualification certificates) and work safety licenses (for project subcontracting service suppliers).

6. The business scope specified in the business license includes construction labor subcontracting (for project subcontracting service suppliers).

7. Have performance in construction labor subcontracting projects (to be provided by project subcontracting service suppliers) or supply experience of similar products (to be provided by material suppliers).

8. Meet other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

III. Registration Requirements

1. Suppliers applying for inclusion in the database shall sort the materials listed in the application documents for database inclusion, guidelines for database inclusion and list of materials for database inclusion, as well as other materials in order, affix the official seal on each page and bind them into a book to ensure the materials are neatly bound and the seals are standardized and complete. Meanwhile, submit the corresponding electronic documents, ensuring that the scanned copies are clear and legible and all within the validity period.

2. Applicants must submit materials truthfully and be responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided. In case of fraud, the Company will cancel its qualification for database inclusion, include it in the blacklist for management, and pursue full responsibility for the losses caused thereby.

IV. Solicitation Methods

• Registration Period: From June 30, 2025 to July 30, 2025, 9:00-17:00.

• Registration Methods: On-site registration or online registration is acceptable.

• On-site registration: Deliver the materials to the Procurement Department on the first floor of Hebei Runnong Water-Saving Technology Co., Ltd. (South of National Highway 102, Yutian County Development Zone) for on-site registration.

• Online registration: Send the PDF scanned copies of the materials with the official seal of the company to the designated email address (rnjscgb@163.com). The email subject shall be marked as "(Project or Material) Supplier Application for Database Inclusion + Enterprise Name".

3. Failure to submit materials within the specified time will be deemed as automatic waiver of registration qualification.

V. Database Inclusion Process

1. After the registration deadline, the Company will set up a professional review team to conduct strict verification on materials such as enterprise qualifications, reputation and performance.

2. For enterprises that pass the preliminary review, the Company will conduct on-site inspections as appropriate to verify the office premises, staffing, equipment and facilities, management systems, etc.

3. The Company will determine the list of enterprises to be included in the database based on the review and inspection results (if any). Selected enterprises will receive a written notice of database inclusion, while unselected enterprises will not be notified separately.

1. The Company does not guarantee that enterprises included in the database will definitely obtain actual business orders. When there is a business demand, the Company will select the best from the alternative database through reasonable methods (for projects that must be determined through public bidding, the relevant national bidding laws and regulations will be strictly followed).

2. The alternative database implements a dynamic management and withdrawal mechanism. If an enterprise in the database violates laws, regulations or the Company's relevant provisions, the Company will remove it from the alternative database, and it shall not apply for database inclusion again within two years.

VIII. Other Matters

1. No registration fee will be charged to the enterprises registering for this solicitation activity.
