The meeting conveyed the spirits of the following: the circular issued by the special working group for study and education on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Eight-Point Central Committee Regulation at the central level and the General Office of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) regarding 2 typical cases where Party members and cadres violated the spirit of the Eight-Point Central Committee Regulation by engaging in illegal dining and wining during the study and education period; the spirit of the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the meeting of the Leading Group for Party Building of the Provincial Party Committee; the spirit of the provincial mobilization and deployment meeting for concentrated rectification of illegal dining and wining; and the spirit of the provincial scheduling meeting for study and education on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Eight-Point Central Committee Regulation.
