Zhang Yuexian, Vice Mayor of Tangshan City, the Secretary-General of Tangshan Municipal Government, the principal responsible persons of Tangshan Municipal Bureau of Water Resources and Tangshan Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Lan Zhigang, Magistrate of Yutian County, Xue Baosong, Chairman of Hebei Runnong Water-saving Technology Co., Ltd., and An Shengxin, Assistant General Manager of Hebei Runnong Water-saving Technology Co., Ltd., accompanied the inspection throughout the whole process.

The delegation led by the leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Hebei Province conducted an on-site inspection in Qiandushu Village, Hongqiao Town, Yutian County.
